As LFW is footsteps away,  the Favotell team attending Scoop’s AW18 edition to discover this season’s collection. This season showcased a mix of UK and international designers in the heart of Chelsea - within the iconic Saatchi Gallery.  I have included an insight to Favotell in addition to our Scoop experience.

At Favotell, we promote emerging designers across the world, focusing on bringing designers to and from our London and Shanghai studios. Offering insight to the Chinese market, we are also on the lookout for up-and-coming designers to exhibit in our events throughout the year.

After researching into the designers at Scoop, the whole Favotell London team decided to make an appearance to show support and scoop out any designers which caught our eye - with so much talent in one space we had the whole day to uncover the art and design exhibited in each gallery.

Favotell aims to discover designers from fashion and art. Our 2 directors (Jialin Kong & Jamal Olas)  are from a fashion AND art background - which has encouraged us to combine the two by setting our fashion shows in art installations and hunting unique designers and artist to showcase their collections side by side at our events.

Scoop being situated at the prestigious Saatchi gallery for a event to showcase designs has been planned perfectly - down to the lighting, backdrops and campaign (designed by Raffifabrics). This combination is crucial for a photo pleasing to the eye, great photos mean a bigger interaction with social media and press.

Please notice the iconic ‘SCOOP’ bags, which automatically becomes a focal point to every photo. The simple yet quality of the bags given on arrival are a great promotional trick, I couldn’t avoid taking a photo without a bag in sight.
