Accessories can make an outfit – whether it’s a statement piece or a subtle embellishment. FAVOTELL’s most recent event, Fashion Feast held in Mayfair, showcased an array of rings, earrings, necklaces, sunglasses and cuffs to satisfy most fashion lovers. The pieces were displayed around the room, from manikins around a dinner table wearing various designs, to the designers themselves wearing their pieces. In either case, the accessories on display seemed to add a sense of vitality and enhance the other designs on show – whether that be garments or shoes. Bloggers and influencers alike were drawn to the variety of accessories on display, making it difficult to choose just one piece! Some of the most popular pieces on display are also a few of FAVOTELL’s favourite brands: Sepanta, Augustine Jewels, Rassin and Shen and Lasvenia.
The team behind this British brand is a collaboration of designers from different design disciplines whose idea of design is common ground. Inspired by different motifs from traditional Persian carpets, the designs from Sepanta are unique in terms of shape and style. From rings and earrings to necklaces, the design theme is maintained throughout the collection. Eye-catching, yet subtle, these pieces stood out to many bloggers during the event.
Already a successful British Luxury Jewellery Brand sold all over the world, these pieces are handmade in London. A variety of gems and stones are included in the designs above, namely the beautiful rose quartz. Holistically, the pieces on display are luxurious, indulgent, yet subtle. Whether a ring is worn alone or with other pieces, Augustine Jewels represent a level of quality.
Rassin and Shen
Co-founded in 2015 by Efrat Rassin and Tara Shen, Rassin and Shen was created after winning the Sirius Programme Award for great ideas, funded by UK Trade and Investment. Their debut collection is a range of necklaces and glasses, combining fashion with practicality. The glasses as an individual pieces are made of the highest quality acetate cellulose and can standalone as accessories, however the ease of attaching glasses to a necklace prove to be both, more of a statement, but also more fun.
